Adults kickboxing
Our adults kickboxing class is made for 15 years+. If you are bored of the same old work out and want to get fit and learn something new at the same time then this is the perfect class.
The classes are very mixed with male and females members. This class is for beginners and advanced kickboxers. so weather you have done kickboxing before or not this class is for you.
