What classes do we offer ?

LITTLE DRAGONS CLASS

Our little dragons classes are for children aged 4 - 6 years old, in which we work on key basic skills used in every day life.

KIDS BEGINNERS & ADVANCE 

Our kids classes are for the ages of 7 to 14 years old. Developing strength, speed, and agility. Learn self-defense techniques and important life principles.

 

TEENS AND ADULTS CLASSES

Learn practical self-defense skills from experienced instructors. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
